Odysseus Cornwall’s Red Soft Microfiber Towel are a premium 15" x 16" edgeless towel designed for delicate surfaces where a soft, scratch-free wipe matters. Seamless and easy to control, it is the first and only towel we recommend for automotive use and the second step in the buffing-off process for fine wood finishing with Odie’s products.

Use it on automotive paint, marine surfaces, glass, chrome, trim, leather, vinyl, interiors, epoxy, metal, furniture, countertops and other finished surfaces where a clean, gentle towel helps protect the final result.

How to Use the Red Soft Microfiber Towel

  • Start clean and dry: Use a clean, dry towel on finished surfaces to help avoid streaks, scratches or residue transfer.
  • Use for automotive detailing: Wipe paint, trim, glass, chrome, leather, vinyl and interior surfaces gently. Flip often to a clean side.
  • Use as the final wood finishing towel: For fine wood finishing with Odie’s products, first buff off excess finish with a terry cotton towel, then follow with the Red Soft Microfiber Towel for the final wipe-down.
  • Fold for better control: Fold the towel into sections so you can rotate to a clean surface as you work.
  • Buff lightly: Let the towel do the work. Heavy pressure is not needed for final buffing, cleaning or detailing.

Tips for best results

  • Keep it clean:Dirt, grit or dried residue can scratch delicate surfaces. Use a fresh towel when needed.
  • Wash before first use:Wash separately or with other microfiber towels before use.
  • Avoid fabric softener:Do not use fabric softeners or dryer sheets, as they can reduce microfiber performance.
  • Use the right towel for the job:For automotive surfaces, this is the first towel we recommend. For wood finishing, use it as the second-step final buffing towel after the initial cotton towel buff-off. Soft. Seamless. Scratch-free. Made for the final finish.
