Odie’s super super oil
I am a recent convert to Odie’s oils and this was the first time using the “super duper” oil . This was for an exterior application for cedar privacy panels on a very exposed rooftop. I was intimidated at first because I knew I wanted to tint the oil but that ended up being a lot easier than I figured. I made up a sample board stepping the samples darker and darker and was able to get exactly what the client wanted . I used the coffee pigment and it worked out great with cedar sanded to 120. Ideally I never use another toxic finishing product in my life , I will absolutely work with Odie’s again- customer service for product info couldn’t be beat, both for the technical details and for the shipping info . And the deal I got came with a bunch of extras . I would absolutely recomend getting the yellow handle to put the non marking white pads into - that is huge! I have yet to try a powered machine for this .
