Returns Policy

If you need to return any product as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping cost for all addresses within the U.S. This return policy does not apply to international shipments. Unfortunately, reimportation of exported goods can pose some difficulties. However, we make every effort to ensure that our customers receive exactly what they ordered. Domestic customers: You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually almost any address in the world that can legally trade with the U.S. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. However, due to the all-natural formulation of our products fewer restrictions apply. Customs Import Duties may or may not be included in the freight cost depending upon what country you are located in. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer (recipient). Please note that duties and taxes differ for each country and we have no way of knowing in advance what they may be. Some countries may require an import license or broker. Before place your international order please check with you local FedEx office for custom regulations and fees.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Usually, we automatically ship UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2Day, USPS Ground Advantage or Priority (3 to 7 days estimated delivery time from time of shipment depending on location). For some locations, we might not be able to ship to a PO Box, therefore we require a physical address too.

We generally have a 2-4 day turnaround for preparing shipments, sometimes longer depending on the amount of shipments for that week.
